Processing time for orders is around 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Once the order is being placed, a confirmation email will be sent to be mail address provided with the order. To cancel the order, please immediately reply to the confirmation mail. The minimum delivery time is 4 days and maximum time is 7 days.

Once the order has been submitted, the products are not modified. Please be sure to input the right address, email, payment method and items selected. We cannot change the colours, styles or patterns once the order has been placed.
After the order is processed and shipped, the confirmation email with tracking information is sent to email address given. If you are experiencing a high volume of orders, the shipment can be delayed for few days. Please expect additional days in transit for deliveries.
Wise & Grey use reliable courier companies and they are not responsible for delay caused by any unforseen time lags by them in delivering the parcels to the buyers.
