RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy : 

• At Wise & Grey, we offer a 7 Day return policy from the time your product is delivered.
• Your product must be unused and in the same intact condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return.
• The Product must be in its original packing with tags.
• The Product will pass a rigorous quality inspection before the return.
  
  
• If a product is not in its original state, is damaged, washed, or is missing parts for reasons other than our error, Wise & grey have the right to refuse to accept the product and initiate the refund.

Refund Policy:

• After the return and refund are initiated by the customer, the product will be picked up from the delivered address within 2-3 working days.
• After the return is received by Wise & grey, the product will undergo a quality check process and after the inspection has been done, an email will be sent to notify about the return and refund status.
• If the inspection process is successful, the refund will be initiated from our end and the credit will be automatically applied to the original transaction source within 7 working days.

Exchange Policy: 

Our products are mostly of free sizes and hence, right now, we don’t offer any kind of exchange policy.
